If it's a fit on both sides, you take a Sales DNA assessment (about sixty minutes) so we only place you where you'll actually fit.

Only if you decide to move forward do we check references. That's the point — the only point — where the process goes public, because by then you've chosen it.

No. This is a career closer's seat, not a starter role. If you've closed in-home high-ticket — roofing, siding, decks, windows, baths, or adjacent — you're who this is for. If you've never sold in a living room, not yet.
What if I'm comfortable at $120K?
Then stay put, genuinely. The companies we place into hand their closers every tool, system, and lead needed to clear $250K — and expect them to use it. If you don't care to earn more than $250K, we're not your people.
What does this cost me?
Nothing. Ever. The companies pay us to find them closers. You're the talent, not the customer.
Is it really confidential?
Yes. We don't post our clients' names and we don't expose you. We will never contact your current employer. The process stays private until you decide otherwise.
Which companies are you working with?
We don't say publicly — that's the deal that keeps this confidential for everyone, including you. You'll know exactly who before you ever say yes to anything.
